Pregled menija. Da bi stranica stigla do vas, naš server i Cloudflare (posrednik za isporuku i zaštitu sajta) tehnički primaju vašu IP adresu i podatke koje browser šalje uz svaki zahtev. Serverski dnevnici se čuvaju 14 dana. Osnov: legitimni interes da sajt radi i bude zaštićen (ZZPL čl. 12 st. 1 tač. 6; GDPR čl. 6(1)(f)).
Poručivanje za stolom. Kada prislonite telefon na oznaku na stolu,
server postavlja kolačić tl_guest sa slučajnim identifikatorom; kod
nas se čuva samo njegov otisak (heš), uz sto i ono što je poručeno — bez imena i
kontakt podataka. Računi se čuvaju kao poslovna evidencija onoliko dugo koliko
traže propisi o računovodstvu i porezima. Osnov: pružanje usluge koju ste sami
zatražili i zakonska obaveza (ZZPL čl. 12 st. 1 tač. 2 i 3; GDPR čl. 6(1)(b) i (c)).
Ocene i recenzije. Dugme „Ocenite nas" i veze ka Google recenzijama i Instagramu su obične veze: sa tih servisa se ništa ne učitava dok ih sami ne otvorite. Kada ih otvorite, prelazite na njihov sajt i važe pravila privatnosti Google-a, odnosno Instagrama.
Zaštita oznaka na stolu. Neuspeo pokušaj otvaranja stola beleži se sa vremenom, oznakom i IP adresom, da bi osoblje primetilo zloupotrebu. Ti zapisi se brišu pri zaključenju meseca. Osnov: legitimni interes (zaštita od zloupotrebe).
Osoblje. Prijava u administraciju i na šank koristi kolačić
tl_session (12 sati). Na uređaju osoblja pamte se i korisničko ime,
izgled table i neobjavljena radna verzija menija. Ništa od ovoga se ne odnosi na goste.

Sve navedeno je neophodno za uslugu koju ste sami zatražili, pa za to ne treba pristanak (Zakon o elektronskim komunikacijama, čl. 160 st. 5). Ne učitavamo sadržaj sa drugih servisa za koji bi bio potreban pristanak.
Imate pravo na pristup, ispravku i brisanje podataka, na ograničenje obrade, na prigovor i na povlačenje pristanka, bez uticaja na obradu pre povlačenja. Pošto ne znamo ko ste, zahtev ćemo moći da povežemo sa podacima samo uz vašu pomoć — na primer vreme i sto. Pišite nam na [email protected].
Pritužbu možete da podnesete Povereniku za informacije od javnog značaja i zaštitu podataka o ličnosti, Bulevar kralja Aleksandra 15, 11120 Beograd, www.poverenik.rs. Gosti iz EU mogu se obratiti i nadzornom organu svoje zemlje.

Viewing the menu. To deliver the page, our server and Cloudflare (our delivery and protection intermediary) necessarily receive your IP address and the data your browser sends with every request. Server logs are kept for 14 days. Basis: legitimate interest in running and protecting the site (Serbian ZZPL art. 12(1)(6); GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).
Ordering at the table. When you hold your phone to the tag on a
table, the server sets the tl_guest cookie with a random identifier; we
store only its hash, together with the table and what was ordered — no name, no
contact details. Checks are kept as business records for as long as accounting and
tax law require. Basis: providing the service you asked for, and legal obligation
(ZZPL art. 12(1)(2) and (3); GDPR art. 6(1)(b) and (c)).
Ratings and reviews. The "Rate us" button and the links to Google reviews and Instagram are plain links: nothing loads from those services until you open one. When you do, you are on their site and their privacy rules apply.
Protecting the table tags. A failed attempt to open a table is logged with the time, the tag and the IP address, so staff can notice abuse. These records are deleted when the month is closed. Basis: legitimate interest (abuse prevention).
Staff. Signing in to the admin and bar screens uses the
tl_session cookie (12 hours). Staff devices also remember the user name,
the board layout and an unpublished working copy of the menu. None of this applies
to guests.

All of the above is strictly necessary for a service you requested, so it needs no consent (Serbian Law on Electronic Communications, art. 160(5); the EU ePrivacy rule is the same). We load no content from other services that would need consent.
You have the right to access, correct and erase your data, to restrict processing, to object, and to withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing. Since we do not know who you are, we can only match a request to data with your help — for example the time and the table. Write to [email protected].
You may complain to the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection, Bulevar kralja Aleksandra 15, 11120 Belgrade, www.poverenik.rs. Guests from the EU may also contact the supervisory authority in their own country.
